Qualifications

• Previous experience in waiter/food and beverage roles in premium hotel or restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Cafe Bar standards and menus.
• Take orders from guests in a professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of all hotel outlets and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle cash/float accurately and report discrepancies.
• Follow opening/closing standards and teamwork across dining staff.
• Ensure guest checks are presented and paid correctly.
