Andaz London Liverpool Street is seeking a dedicated Waiter/ess to uphold the premium service standards in a fast-paced, five-star hotel environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, upselling by recommending dishes and drinks, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience throughout their visit.

You should be well organized, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering warm, personalized service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a waiter, food & beverage, or hospitality role within a premium hotel or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest experiences.
• Well organized, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Lady Abercorn’s Cafe Bar standards at all times.
• Know food and drink menus and upsell where appropriate.
• Keep the bar stocked by replacing empty bottles and kegs of beer.
• Manage floats carefully and return counted cash to the cashier at shift end.
• Maintain professional and friendly behavior with team members.
• Take orders from guests in a professional manner.
• Follow set cleaning, opening and closing standards.
• Promote Andaz Hotel positively to guests.
• Report guest complaints to the floor manager promptly.
