Job summary

MDCV UK Vineyards and Winery is seeking an experienced front-of-house Bartender to join our new high-end gastro pub team in Luddesdown, Kent. The role requires delivering top-tier hospitality, crafting cocktails, and upselling drinks in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will have bar experience in pubs, restaurants or gastropubs, strong guest interaction skills, and a keen eye for presentation. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending in pubs/restaurants or similar venues.
• Ability to prepare and serve cocktails in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of premium spirits and wine basics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest experiences with professional service.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, coffees, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Upsell premium drinks and signature serves to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across bar and guest areas.
• Ensure bars are stocked and organized for service.
