Job summary

END. is seeking an Image Retoucher for the Washington studio to produce premium ecommerce imagery. You will blend hands-on retouching with quality control, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and delivery against deadlines.

In this hybrid role, you’ll work closely with Photography, Styling, Production and outsourced teams to maintain the highest image quality while supporting busy trading cycles.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a commercial retouching role, preferably fashion or e-commerce.
• Ability to handle high-volume image production workflows.
• Experience with outsourced retouching providers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Retouch high volumes of e-commerce imagery across categories.
• Ensure imagery meets visual, technical and commercial standards.
• Collaborate with external partners to review output quality and provide feedback.
• Manage workflows to meet trading and launch deadlines.
