Job summary

Sisters & Seekers, a leading womenswear ecommerce brand near Chester, is seeking a Junior Retoucher. You will support visual quality across website imagery, campaigns, and social content with a focus on speed, accuracy and brand consistency.

You will be trained on best practices in retouching, masking, colour correction and image finishing while collaborating with the Creative team on live projects and content calendars.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Photoshop and photography demonstrated.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant retouching and editing work.
• Willingness to learn on the job and develop skills over time.

Responsibilities

• Retouch images to deliver masks across product and campaign assets.
• Maintain brand aesthetics with high-end presentation across channels.
• Prepare ecommerce imagery for PDP/collection use with correct formats and color space.
• Batch process files and keep folders organized.
• Support social and graphics teams with retouching tweaks as needed.
