Job summary

END. is seeking an Image Retoucher to join our E‑Commerce Studio and deliver high‑quality, premium imagery for online channels. You will combine hands‑on retouching with quality control while supporting both in‑house workflows and outsourced partners.

You will work closely with Photography, Styling and Production to ensure imagery meets brand standards and delivers efficiently for launches and trading events. This is a hybrid role with studio focus and occasional remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial fashion/lifestyle retouching.
• Experience with outsourced retouching providers is desirable.
• Understanding of studio production workflows and e‑commerce content requirements.
• Ability to work at pace within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Retouch high volumes of e‑commerce imagery across Menswear, Womenswear, Footwear, Accessories, END. Label and Lifestyle categories.
• Perform advanced retouching including colour correction, image clean‑up, compositing and product enhancement.
• Maintain consistency across imagery regardless of shooting set or product category.
• Review output with external partners and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and retouching specs.
• Collaborate with Photography, Styling, Production, and external teams to meet trading deadlines.
