Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team is seeking a proactive Hospitality Executive to deliver premium guest experiences for partners and VIPs across the F1 calendar. The role is office-based with trackside attendance at select Grands Prix, reporting to the Hospitality Manager.

You will lead guest communications, manage day-to-day hospitality administration, and coordinate ticketing, guest lists, and schedules, ensuring meticulous delivery and post-event reporting. Flexibility to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning, hospitality or guest experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day hospitality administration and guest information.
• Assist Hospitality Manager with enquiries and admin tasks.
• Manage guest databases, dietary requirements, and accreditation.
• Organise race hospitality events including ticketing and guest lists.
• Coordinate trackside logistics and Paddock Club schedules.
• Produce post-event reporting and KPI reviews.
• Welcome guests and build relationships with partners and suppliers.
• Attend selected Formula One races to support event delivery.
• Collaborate with Oracle Red Bull Racing Events & Hospitality teams.
• Ensure brand presentation and asset showcasing at the Paddock Club.
