Job summary

Atlassian Williams F1 Team is seeking a Hospitality & Events Manager to own end-to-end guest management for Formula 1 races, translating partner objectives into premium experiences. You’ll handle proposals, planning, and on-site delivery, acting as the primary contact for partners while ensuring brand-aligned service and budget discipline.

The role requires coordinating travel, hotels, venues, and bespoke dinners, with on-site execution at races.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, events, guest management, or travel management (6+ years).
• Experience delivering complex, high-touch guest programmes, preferably within F1.
• Ability to manage budgets and adhere to defined processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end guest management programmes for allocated races.
• Develop guest programme proposals aligned to partner objectives and budgets.
• Lead pre-event planning, registration data handling, and personalised itineraries.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics including transport and transfers.
• Plan and execute bespoke dinners, events, and activations per partner briefs.
• Procure gifts, manage production, freight, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor budgets and ensure compliance with Williams financial processes.
• Provide on-site delivery and high-touch guest hosting during events.
