Harrods in Knightsbridge is seeking a reliable van driver to support the Dispatch team. You will deliver and collect customer orders across local locations, ensuring accuracy and friendly service throughout each interaction.

Shift pattern runs 8am–9pm, 5 days a week with weekend work on rotation; you’ll use GPS and company tech to plan routes, perform vehicle checks, and maintain records while upholding safety and customer satisfaction.

• Proven van/delivery driver experience.
• Strong route planning and navigation skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg.
• Positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.

Mansioni

• Safely operate a company-provided dispatch van to deliver and pick up goods to and from various locations.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes using GPS and company technology to meet deadlines.
• Load and unload the van, ensuring items are securely packed and organized.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain delivery records and obtain signatures from recipients.
• Communicate with the dispatch team and customers to resolve delivery issues.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Keep the vehicle clean and organized.
