Job summary

Catchwork is seeking a reliable delivery driver to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will operate a delivery van between Wednesdays to Mondays, with Tuesdays closed, starting at 8:30. The role combines on-road deliveries with light warehouse duties.

You will manage paperwork, use navigation tools, and maintain safety standards. Prior delivery experience, a valid licence, and good time management are important, as is a proactive approach to customer service and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Valid driver's licence; experience with commercial driving is advantageous.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during deliveries.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with local roads and navigation systems is beneficial.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate a delivery van to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload items safely, ensuring that all products are handled with care.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with other staff regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Assist in the warehouse when not on deliveries, including inventory management and organisation of stock.
