Kettner's Townhouse in Central London is seeking a waiter/waitress to deliver refined service to our members and guests. You will greet guests, take orders, make recommendations and ensure coordination with kitchen and bar staff for timely, accurate service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and solve problems under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to take direction, work in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members, introduce menus, and engage upon seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, noting allergies.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
• Provide menu recommendations and pairings.
• Maintain top-quality table service and proactive refills.
• Keep a pristine environment and set/reset tables.
• Handle member requests and special accommodations.
• Support payment through card, Soho House App, or House Pay.
• Uphold discretion and professionalism with VIPs.
• Attend briefings, tastings, and assist colleagues.
