Qualifikationen
- Experience in hospitality and handling cash is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Organised, proactive and flexible with shift patterns.
Aufgaben
- Take reservations and seat guests, advising on the menu.
- Serve afternoon tea and assist guests in the restaurant and bistro.
- Promote the village and spa to guests and owners, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Assist with guest suites, answer enquiries and monitor stock levels.
- Help set up for special events and ensure areas stay scrupulously clean.
