Job summary

Le Creuset is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our vibrant store team at Bicester Village. You will help customers discover premium cookware, share product tips and maintain an inviting, well-presented shop floor.

In this role you’ll deliver excellent customer experiences, demonstrate products, upsell where appropriate, and stay informed about new arrivals and promotions. Flexibility for weekend and late shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for cooking and familiarity with cookware products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Ability to lift 25–29 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and offer expert advice with a warm smile.
• Upsell products and demonstrate cookware to customers.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions.
• Keep shelves and displays neat and appetising.
• Handle transactions accurately at the checkout.
• Collaborate with team to create a positive environment.
• Assist with seasonal duties such as merchandising and stock organisation.
