Job summary

John Lewis – Edinburgh is seeking enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join the Nespresso Coffee Advisor Programme, delivering in-store demonstrations and creating premium brand experiences. You will work Saturdays and Sundays through November and December, earning £13.45 per hour with a bonus potential, plus extensive product training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed in a busy retail environment.

Previous retail or experiential background is welcome; passion for coffee and customer engagement

Qualifications

• Excellent at building rapport and relationships.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Passion for coffee or luxury living.
• Experience in retail or experiential roles is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to provide clear and accurate insights using various reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers by sharing knowledge and passion for coffee.
• Showcase Nespresso’s premium coffee machines and products, highlighting their features.
