Job summary

Soho House in White City, West London, is seeking a Bartender to deliver a premium beverage experience for our members and guests. You will support the Bar Manager and ensure the bar is fully operational, stocked, and presented to the highest standard.

Responsibilities include crafting cocktails and serving wines and spirits with precision, while engaging guests in a warm, professional manner. A 2–3 year track record and fluent English are preferred, with ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong cocktail knowledge including classics, techniques and spirits.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a calm, confident presence during busy services.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.
• Personal license or willingness to obtain one is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and non‑alcoholic drinks to a high standard.
• Engage with members and guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation throughout service.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory and replenishment.
• Ensure licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards are met.
• Collaborate with bar team to develop menus and seasonal drinks.
• Process orders via POS and ensure accurate billing.
• Coordinate with floor, kitchen and events teams for smooth service.
• Handle member inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
