Lookers Stafford BMW is recruiting a skilled Car Sales Executive to join our energetic team on site in Stafford. You will engage customers, build rapport, and drive sales with a target-driven mindset, supported by our extensive dealer network.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and customer service focus, plus a full UK driving license. You will play a key role in delivering first-class service and achieving ambitious sales results.

Mon-Fri 08:30-18:00, Sat 09:00-17:00, Sun 11:00-15:00 on a rota basis

Up to £50,000 OTE

(including £25,000 basic plus commission, uncapped)

Well this could be the role for you...Here at BMW Stafford we are recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our hard-working and friendly team on site. You will work alongside our passionate front of house team to provide first class customer service.

You will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will be joining one of the top automotive retailers in the UK allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry. Our Sales Executives are the key points of contact and pay close attention to detail to understand customers wants and needs.

• Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
• Achieve sales targets, achieving minimum profit objectives, as well as finance and insurance products
• Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
• Completing mandatory paperwork and processes as required
• Become a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised
• Live and breathe the brand, emulating a passion for driving to your customers and bringing a sense of excitement to their new car purchase

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dedication to flawless customer service and will be passionate about the motor trade industry. Having lots of enthusiasm, drive and motivation is key to consistently achieve fantastic results.

Previous experience in a sales position and within the motor trade is essential and you will need to hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
