Williams Motor Group is looking for a Sales Executive to join our premium showroom team. You’ll welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them through a consultative buying experience from first contact to handover.

You can expect a realistic commission structure, extensive training and ongoing development, with progression to Senior Sales Executive levels and higher earning potential as you grow with the role.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and creating a premium showroom experience
• Understanding customer needs and recommending vehicles and finance options
• Delivering demonstrations and test drives
• Managing enquiries, follow-ups, appointments and handovers
• Working towards targets and earning rewards for performance
• Keeping accurate paperwork and CRM records
