Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and creating a great first impression in a premium showroom environment
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicle and finance options
• Delivering confident product demonstrations and test drives
• Managing your pipeline: enquiries, follow-ups, appointments and handovers
• Working towards clear targets and being rewarded for performance
• Keeping accurate paperwork and CRM records (we’ll show you how)
