Qualifications

• Previous experience in a barista or waiter role within a premium or high-volume environment.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages and food options to the highest standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism; ensure compliance with food safety and allergen procedures.
• Support stock control, replenishment, and visual presentation of the café area; work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
