Boots UK is seeking an Assistant E-Commerce Manager for Premium Beauty based in Nottingham. The role leads day-to-day trading, launches, and online trade planning to grow category revenue and market share.

You will act as the digital expert for Premium Beauty, using data to improve conversion and customer acquisition, while coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver bold plans and safe, compliant online trading.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day trading of the Premium Beauty category on Boots.com to drive revenue, profit and market share growth.
• Act as the digital expert for the category, using data and insight to improve conversion and customer acquisition.
• Deliver launches, sales plans and online trade plans for brands and categories.
• Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure category support.
• Support development initiatives and process improvements in ecommerce trading and customer requirements.
• Ensure legal and safe trade of own categories online and delivery of KPIs.
