Job summary

Fashion Personnel is seeking an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to join its Bluewater team in the United Kingdom. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead the team and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving strong commercial performance.

You'll be responsible for supporting day-to-day store operations, coaching the team on product knowledge and storytelling, driving sales, recruiting and training, and maintaining excellent visual standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager or strong Supervisor roles.
