LSH Auto UK Ltd is a premium automotive retailer and Mercedes-Benz dealer group. We are recruiting a Sales Executive to create a superb customer experience and drive vehicle sales performance.

This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, guiding customers through purchasing decisions, and delivering a high standard of service in a retail environment where service and commercial results go hand in hand. Hours are 40 per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail sales.
• Experience presenting finance options within a sales role and upselling.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience selling premium or luxury products would be an advantage.
• Experience in showroom-based sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in showroom buyers and guide them through the sales journey.
• Manage relationships with repeat customers to encourage long-term loyalty and repeat business.
• Present finance options as part of the sales process.
• Identify opportunities to upsell within customer sales conversations.
