Blackburn Audi is seeking a brand-new Body Shop Advisor to join our team at the new repair facility. You will be the main point of contact throughout the repair journey, ensuring customers are informed and receive an exceptional service.

You'll manage bookings, progress updates and authorisation for additional work, while upselling where appropriate. Swansway Group values a caring, professional, family-driven environment and offers strong benefits.

• Customer-focused communication and service orientation
• Ability to handle inquiries via phone, email and in person
• Upselling and product knowledge when appropriate

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient service
• Manage service telephone, email and walk-in enquiries
• Meet and greet customers, qualify work, and identify additional needs at drop-off
• Identify service improvements and share feedback with management
• Ensure customer expectations are identified and managed throughout the service process
• Book work accurately and share information with the team
• Provide timely progress updates and obtain authorisation for additional work
• Upsell retention products and services where appropriate
• Discuss and upsell additional work to customers
• Explain repairs and invoices clearly during handovers and arrange payments
