Dorothy Goodman Primary School in Hinckley is seeking a Premises Officer to support the schools across sites, maintain grounds and buildings, and ensure high standard site services.
The role requires work across the school sites with strong Health & Safety knowledge, COSHH compliance and ability to coordinate with contractors. DBS check will be conducted as part of safeguarding.

Salary Range : Grade 6 - £25,995.00 to 26,409.00
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Premises Officer to work as part of the Premises team based at Dorothy Goodman Primary School working across the school sites in order to ensure that the Site maintenance services are of the high standard required.
The successful candidate will have the ability to demonstrate good practical and organisational skills, a positive work ethic with a commitment to health and safety matters. The candidate will ensure our grounds, buildings,management of waste, facilities and equipment are maintained to a high standard, ensuring the necessary legislative and Health & Safety requirements are met and providing a positive learning environment for our pupils. In addition you will implement and maintain adequate security measures and procedures for the site buildings and facilities.
