Philosophy Education LTD. in London is seeking an experienced Primary School Site Manager to oversee the campus operations and keep the buildings safe and well maintained.

This role runs Monday to Friday, 07:00–12:00, with an ASAP start and a keen focus on security, repairs and liaison with the Headteacher, cleaning staff and external contractors to uphold high standards of the school environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing school facilities and site operations.
• Ability to supervise maintenance, security, and cleaning coordination.
• Excellent liaison with Headteacher and contractors; ensure safety standards.

We are currently looking for an experienced school site manager to join thepremisesteamin a primary school in Haringey.

Individual jobs will vary in but in general you will be required to:

• Undertake the supervision of the site and the maintenance and security of the buildings
• Support with general maintenance and repairs in and around the school facilities
• Liaise with the Headteacher, cleaning staff and external contractors to ensure the work undertaken meets the high standards of the school and to ensure that the school is a clean and safe environment for students and staff
• Ensure the school site is opened and closed at the designated time and to guarantee the school is free from intruders and is safe for pupils, staff and visitors

you must be physically fit and have experience working in schools, colleges or educational settings in a similar role. You will need to hold an Enhanced DBS or be prepared to have one processed.
