Job summary

Philosophy Education LTD. in Haringey, London, is seeking an experienced Primary School Site Manager to join the premises team. The role runs Monday to Friday, 07:00–12:00, ASAP start, with a pay rate of £20 per hour.

You will supervise site operations, manage maintenance and security, and coordinate with the Headteacher and external contractors to keep the school clean, safe, and compliant with standards. Open and close duties are required to ensure the site is secure when students and staff

Qualifications

• Experience as a school/site manager or similar role
• Enhanced DBS on the update service is required
• Ability to open and secure the site at designated times and coordinate with contractors

Responsibilities

• Supervise the school site and oversee maintenance and security of buildings
• Assist with general maintenance and repairs around the school facilities
• Liaise with the Headteacher, cleaning staff and external contractors to meet high standards and ensure a safe environment for students and staff

We are currently looking for an experienced school site manager to join the premises team in a primary school in Haringey.

Individual jobs will vary in but in general you will be required to:

• Undertake the supervision of the site and the maintenance and security of the buildings
• Support with general maintenance and repairs in and around the school facilities
• Liaise with the Headteacher, cleaning staff and external contractors to ensure the work undertaken meets the high standards of the school and to ensure that the school is a clean and safe environment for students and staff
• Ensure the school site is opened and closed at the designated time and to guarantee the school is free from intruders and is safe for pupils, staff and visitors
