Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property in Bristol seeks a Premises Manager to lead a team of Premises Assistants, delivering security, porterage, cleaning and site supervision. You will monitor maintenance, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, and maintain high standards across sites and equipment.

The role operates on a shift-based rota with starts from 6:00am to 7:00pm and an on-call element. A full UK driving licence and Enhanced DBS are essential; 25 days leave plus Bank Holidays, and eligibility to work in

Responsibilities

• Monitor planned/reactive maintenance and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
• Maintain sites and equipment to high standards and manage on-call rota.
