Job summary

Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust in Grassington is advertising a part-time Fleet Ancillary Premise Cleaner (Band 2). The role is 6 hours per week (Mon, Wed and Fri 2 hours per shift) at Grassington Ambulance Station with a pro rata salary of £25,272 per annum.

You will undertake cleaning, decontamination, routine stock control of materials and use basic IT for time sheets and emails. A very basic PCA is required and applicants should read the job description and provide evidence of

Qualifications

• Good literacy and numerical skills to complete daily worksheets and reports.
• Awareness of Workplace Health and Safety, COSHH, Risk Assessments.
• Basic IT skills including use of keyboard and handheld data devices.

Responsibilities

• Undertake cleaning, decontamination, and related tasks to meet cleanliness and Infection Prevention standards.
• Follow Cleaning Protocols, procedures and daily work schedules.
• Maintain cleaning schedules for entrances, washrooms, kitchens, canteens, gym areas and offices.
• Ensure adequate stocks of cleaning materials and record daily activities.
• Use basic IT for emails and timesheets.
