Job summary

Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a Fleet Ancillary Mobile Premise Cleaner for Harrogate. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07:00-15:00, with a starting salary of £25,272 per annum.

You'll be responsible for station/site cleaning across our Harrogate Ambulance Station, maintaining high cleanliness standards, stock control of cleaning materials, and adherence to Trust protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous workplace premise cleaning experience within last two years.
• Good literacy and numerical skills to complete daily worksheets and reports.
• Flexibility to work out of hours and bank holidays as required.
• Current 'C1' Class driving Licence which is valid in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Station/Site Cleaning- To undertake cleaning, , and other associated tasks to meet the high standards of cleanliness.
• To ensure that all activities are performed in line with the Trust Cleaning Protocols, procedures, and specific daily work schedules. Achieving and maintaining all required standards of cleanliness across the organization.
• Our cleaning schedules include entrances and foyers, public and staff washrooms/toilets, kitchens, canteens/restaurants, gym's, shower rooms, training rooms, corridors, stairs, landings, lifts, offices, contact centres, storerooms, dirty utility rooms, crew rooms, external areas, and other associated areas.
• To ensure adequate stocks of cleaning materials are maintained and to record all daily activities.

Education

NVQ 2 Cleaning & Support Services or agreed equivalent
