Job summary

Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a Fleet Ancillary Premise Cleaner for Ripon Ambulance Station. The role involves cleaning, decontamination, and maintaining high cleanliness standards across multiple areas, with flexible shifts and basic IT duties including emails and timesheets.

The successful candidate will join the Ancillary Services Team, hold NCFE IPC level 2, and complete a very basic Physical Capability Assessment before appointment. 16 Nov 2026 closing date.

Qualifications

• Basic IT skills and ability to use email and input information.
• NCFE IPC Level 2 qualification is required.
• Complete and accurate Supporting Information in application.
• Must be able to read and understand the job description and person specification.

Responsibilities

• Undertake cleaning across station/site areas to meet cleanliness and Infection Prevention standards.
• Maintain stock of cleaning materials and record daily activities.
• Follow Cleaning Protocols, procedures and daily work schedules.
• Use basic IT for emails and time sheets as part of daily tasks.
