Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean allocated heavy catering equipment including air filters and extraction systems.
• Empty bins and segregate waste for designated disposal.
• Operate industrial dishwashers and glasswashers in catering areas.
• Transport provisions and catering items as required.
• Keep a clean working environment at all times and perform deep cleans.
• Support general kitchen cleanliness and readiness for service.
