Gearset is hiring a Premier Customer Success Manager to deepen value for our largest customers. You’ll own a portfolio of 80-100 accounts, guiding adoption, renewal outcomes and sustained growth across the Gearset platform.

You don't need to be a Salesforce DevOps expert from day one; we’ll provide industry-recognised training and a path to grow your technical knowledge while you build trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management, accountable for retention and growth.
• Able to learn technical concepts and explain them clearly to a range of technical knowledge levels.
• Able to manage a large portfolio with organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Own renewal outcomes and manage risks across your portfolio.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Use product usage data to understand value and where customers need help.
• Represent customer requirements to internal teams for improvements.
• Coordinate across teams to improve customer outcomes and processes.
