Gravity Team is seeking a high-performance Prediction Markets Quant Trader. You will own the vertical for event contracts, forecast modelling, and market-making across platforms like Kalshi, Polymarket, and PredictIt. This role demands deep experience in event-driven markets and rapid PnL impact.

You will develop strategies, optimize signals, and manage arbitrage across 30+ venues, balancing risk with sophisticated hedging and settlement logic. A startup environment with profit-sharing awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-frequency or proprietary trading (crypto, prediction markets, sports betting, or traditional finance).
• Hands-on experience trading binary/categorical outcome contracts, options, or other probability-based instruments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate high-frequency and systematic trading strategies for prediction/event markets.
• Build and optimize predictive models and signals for pricing, execution, hedging, and post-trade analysis.
• Execute and manage arbitrage trades across prediction market venues and correlated instruments.
• Own the prediction markets trading pipeline from odds tracking to monitoring and deployment.
• Collaborate on cross-venue hedging and settlement logic across platforms.
• Analyze market microstructure to improve Sharpe and reduce slippage on event-driven contracts.
• Manage asset exposure across 30+ exchanges daily.
• Stay ahead of event calendars and rule nuances to identify mispricings.
