Talk Recruitment is assisting a leading building contractor with the search for a Preconstruction Manager / Bid Manager or Preconstruction Design Manager to work on education frameworks and related projects. The role emphasizes preconstruction planning, tender strategies and collaboration with design and commercial teams.

The ideal candidate will have a background in main contracting, solid communication skills and relevant qualifications (Degree / HND / HNC).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the building sector.
• Experience as Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator/Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, Framework Manager or Preconstruction Manager.
• Experience on Education projects preferred.
• Experience on general-build construction with strong preconstruction/tender background.
• Previous Main Contractor employment essential.
• High level of communication skills.
• Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).

My client is a leading building contractor, with a busy and fast growing workload. This employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Preconstruction Manager / Bid Manager or a Preconstruction Design Manager to work on a education projects / frameworks.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this Preconstruction Managerrole you must meet the following criteria:

• Knowledge of Building Sector.
• Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, Framework Manager or Preconstruction Manager.
• Ideally previous experience on Education projects.
• Will also consider candidates that have worked on other general build construction projects, if they have strong preconstruction / tender experience.
• Previous Main Contractor employment essential
• High level of communication skills.
• Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
