Job summary

Talk Recruitment is seeking experienced professionals for Framework Manager, Preconstruction Manager, Bid Manager or Preconstruction Design Manager to work on education projects and frameworks.

The role requires knowledge of the building sector, previous main contractor employment, and strong preconstruction/tender experience. Education project exposure is preferred.

This is a challenging, rewarding opportunity to lead preconstruction activities within a growing education sector programme.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Building Sector.
• Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, Framework Manager or Preconstruction Manager.
• Ideally previous experience on Education projects.
• Will also consider candidates that have worked on other general build construction projects, if they have strong preconstruction / tender experience.
• Previous Main Contractor employment essential
• Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
