Multiplex, a premier construction company, is seeking an Estimator for our Head Office Preconstruction team. You will review drawings and tender documents, develop cost plans and preliminaries, and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the tender process to deliver competitive, well-supported submissions.

You will drive cost certainty across complex projects, manage tenders from initial review through to settlement, and contribute to the commercial

Qualifications

• Experience estimating complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Review tender information from drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Prepare the final tender submission with accurate costs.
• Develop cost plans, preliminaries, and exclusions while assessing risks and opportunities.
• Issue subcontractor enquiries and compare returns to inform pricing.
• Support commercial reviews and provide handover information after award.
