Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment LTD. is seeking a Preconstruction Director for RC Frame, Structures & Groundworks projects in London.

This senior role focuses on shaping winning strategies, influencing pricing, and leading major tenders with top-tier clients and contractors. You will work with the Managing Director and board to position opportunities, drive methodology, and secure landmark projects across residential, commercial, industrial, data centre and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Senior level within a leading RC Frame, Structures & Groundworks contractor.
• Ability to combine technical understanding, methodology, pricing awareness and client engagement into work-winning strategies.
• Existing relationships in London's construction market are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic preconstruction activity across major tenders.
• Challenge methodology, buildability and construction sequencing.
• Influence pricing strategy with the estimating function.
• Lead client presentations, negotiations and pre-award meetings.
• Build long-term relationships with Tier One contractors, developers and end clients.
• Support negotiated opportunities, ECI and two-stage tenders.
