Job summary

Green Life Science is seeking a Business Development Manager for preclinical and mouse model services based in the Cambridge area. The role focuses on transitioning a PhD scientist from bench to client-facing strategy, supporting partnerships and strategic collaborations.

You will engage with biotech/pharma clients, articulate our in vivo pharmacology and antibody discovery capabilities, and travel to meet clients and attend industry events in the Cambridge ecosystem.

Qualifications

• PhD-level scientist with hands-on mouse model experience.
• Background in immunology, oncology, pharmacology or related biology.
• Willingness to travel locally and attend conferences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Mandarin fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with biotech and pharmaceutical clients.
• Support scientific and commercial discussions around preclinical and mouse model services.
• Learn and communicate the company’s in vivo pharmacology, antibody discovery, and platform capabilities.
• Attend client meetings, conferences, and networking events across the Cambridge biotech ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal scientific teams to understand client needs and support tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and support long-term partnership development.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and commercial strategy discussions.
