Responsibilities

• Cutting and preparing metal tube to specified requirements.
• Using workshop equipment including saws, lathes and other machinery.
• Carrying out basic machining, finishing and deburring work.
• Checking materials for condition, quantity and accuracy before processing.
• Recording materials used and updating stock information.
• Assisting with goods in, stock checks and movement of materials.
• Preparing delivery paperwork and ensuring documentation for outgoing orders.
• Organising workload to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Carrying out routine cleaning and basic care of workshop equipment.
• Reporting stock shortages or production issues to the team.
