Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers is seeking a Toolmaker/Inspection Engineer to join the Calibration Department in London. You will calibrate, inspect and test tools and equipment, ensuring accuracy and conformance to engineering standards for internal teams and external customers.

The role requires experience with precision measuring instruments, interpreting specifications, and working to tolerances in an engineering, manufacturing or maintenance setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in tool calibration or engineering measurement.
• Background in toolmaking, machining, precision engineering or inspection.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and working to engineering tolerances.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and ensure equipment accuracy.
• Experience within an engineering, manufacturing or maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, inspect and test tools and measuring equipment.
• Verify measurements against required specifications and tolerances.
• Maintain accurate calibration records and documentation.
• Support internal teams with calibration requirements.
• Provide calibration services to external customers.
• Identify equipment requiring adjustment, repair or further investigation.
