Job summary

Trescal LTD is seeking a Calibration Engineer in the UK to calibrate customer equipment from hand tools to gauges and CMMs. You will prepare measurement uncertainty budgets and maintain traceable records, contributing to audits and surveillance under EMS and UKAS standards.

The role requires a technical qualification and strong calibration knowledge, with a focus on quality and customer service. Flexible working options are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Qualification in a technical field aligned to metrology or calibration.
• Familiarity with ISO 17025 and measurement practices.
• Experience calibrating dimensional instrumentation and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration of customer equipment using approved procedures.
• Develop measurement uncertainty budgets and maintain records.
• Participate in UKAS and customer audits and surveillance.
