Involve Recruitment seeks a skilled Steel Fabricator for our client’s manufacturing team in Cardiff. You will fabricate steel sections with precision, read drawings, and ensure high-quality output throughout production.

Key duties include MIG welding, cutting, shaping, and assembling fabrications using various techniques. You’ll work with tools in a safe environment, maintain quality, and contribute to finishing large structures for high-profile clients.

Qualifications

• Must be fully qualified in fabrication and welding.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes for structural steel.
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools and welding equipment.
• Able to read technical drawings and interpret measurements.
• Committed to safety protocols in welding and fabrication.
• Capable of working accurately under pressure with attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cut, shape and assemble steel fabrications to specification.
