Job summary

AMA Admin is seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our established engineering and manufacturing operation in Deeside. The role is hands-on and focuses on ensuring materials, components and finished products meet required quality standards, drawings and customer specifications.

You will perform goods-in, in-process and final inspections, read engineering drawings, use precision measuring equipment, and document inspection results.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role in engineering/manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment and completing NCRs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out goods-in, in-process and final inspections across the site.
• Inspect raw materials, welded assemblies and finished products.
• Ensure products meet drawings, specs and customer requirements.
• Read and interpret drawings, weld symbols and inspection criteria.
• Complete inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Support ISO 9001:2015 requirements and audits.
