Job summary

Vibe Recruit is seeking a Quality Inspector to own quality control from incoming materials to final delivery. You will perform dimensional inspection, manage NCRs, and drive corrective/preventive actions while ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.

You will liaise with customers and suppliers and have a route to a Quality Management role. Responsibilities include in-process inspections, CMM work, gauge calibration, goods in/out inspection, and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous CMM inspection experience.
• Knowledge of CNC Machining with an inspection background.
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment.
• Good communication skills with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to work well in a team and improve quality culture.

Responsibilities

• In-Process inspection (During Manufacture).
• Use of Programmable and Manual CMM inspection.
• Upkeep, maintenance and calibration of metrology gauges and equipment to ISO 9001.
• Overseeing goods in/out inspection.
• Raising and investigating NCRs with corrective/preventive actions.
• Presentation of KPI statistics for monthly review.
• Maintenance of ISO 9001 accreditation.
