Rayner Surgical Group in Worthing, West Sussex, is seeking a Production Technician to support the manufacture of intraocular lenses. The role requires attention to detail, self-motivation and a strong work ethic in a state-of-the-art facility.

The position is full-time and permanent, operating 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm) in a 4-on 4-off rotation. Salary includes a base plus a shift allowance, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training provided.

Qualifikationen

• Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written procedures precisely.
• Good manual dexterity and a precise hands-on approach.
• Strong attention to quality and accuracy.
• Good written and numerical English.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.

Aufgaben

• Operate machinery and process equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures and training provided.
• Accurately complete batch documentation and data entries.
• Understand and follow change control requirements.
• Assist with process improvement activities and new ways of working.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
• Maintain and update process records accurately.
