Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Operative or in a similar role.
• Familiar with working with chemicals, powders, and liquids.
• Competency in mixing components to precise measurements and operating machinery.
• Experience with manual handling tasks in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Mixing components: measure and blend raw chemicals, powders, and liquids following formulas and safety guidelines.
• Machine operating: set up, operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery for efficiency and quality.
• Manual handling: safely handle materials and finished goods per health and safety standards.
• Quality control: inspect produced goods to ensure specifications are met and flag issues.
• Safety compliance: follow safety protocols with hazardous materials and PPE.
