Job summary

Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Belfast who are looking for a new member for their Print Finishing Team. The role involves finishing digital print to industry-leading standards in a busy manufacturing environment.

Working hours are 40 per week with shifts, negotiable salary circa 27k, and there is overtime plus a monthly and annual performance bonus scheme. The position offers training and development opportunities and a chance to progress within the team.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English.
• Verbal and written communication.
• Accuracy and numeracy are essential in the role.

Responsibilities

• Finish digital print work to exact specifications, client deadlines and the companys high standards of quality.
• Carry out work according to Northside procedures and using in-house computerised administration and workflow systems.
• Flexibility is essential to meet client's needs.
• Maintain correct documentation.
• Clean and maintain equipment.
• Undertake all training and development activities as required.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and build good internal and external customer relationships.
• Identify and act on improvement suggestions.
• Implement and maintain best practice in communication at all times with colleagues.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with the companys strive for continuous improvement.
• Maintain quality standards.
• Undertake such other duties as may be required commensurate with your position.
• Any other reasonable duties at the request of management
