Recruit4staff is recruiting a Press Brake Operative in Flint to join a precision engineering and sheet metal team. You will set, operate and program press brakes to produce bespoke components from engineering drawings within a busy production setting.

The role offers a temp-to-perm path after 26 weeks, with overtime at x1.5 and free parking on site. Training and progression opportunities are provided in a well-established facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience setting, operating and programming press brake machinery.
• 3+ years experience carrying out bespoke sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to manufacture bespoke components from engineering drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Previous experience as a Press Brake Operative within manufacturing.
