Evapco is seeking a Small Parts Machine Operator for the day shift. You will operate precision machines for metal and PVC work, perform daily maintenance, and ensure documentation and quality checks are completed accurately.

The role requires basic math, the ability to read engineering prints, and proficiency with hand tools. Must be a self-starter with a strong safety mindset and a commitment to Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Basic shop math and measurement skills.
• Read a tape measure to a small fraction.
• Proficient using common hand tools.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Read and understand engineering prints.

Responsibilities

• Operate precision machines for metal and PVC work.
• Perform daily operator preventive maintenance.
• Set up and change tooling as required.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain production rates and meet efficiency goals.
