Qualifications

• Experience in a Manufacturing or Machine Operating environment.
• Reliable with rotating double days (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00) on a weekly rotation.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform light manual handling.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and monitor production machinery per SOPs.
• Meet daily production targets through feeding and process control.
• Perform visual and physical quality checks on products.
• Follow health & safety rules, wear PPE, keep workspace safe.
• Identify and report machine faults to the Shift Supervisor.
• Complete production logs and shift handover reports.
